Would Not RecommendAnother review stated bad seal. Same here. When you close the bottom door, the top opens just slightly to cause Frost in a frostless freezer.It took a while to figure this out. I am a bit disappointed. I have relied on this product line for many years. Hopefully, my warranty will take care of this.
Compressor died 3 years
Would Not RecommendOk until 3 years. Did freeze some things in fridge at times. Very disappointed that the compressor was garbage and expensive to repair. Unacceptable and no compensation. Not right for hardworking people...a waste of money!!! Patti

Delivery was TERRIBLE.
Would Not RecommendThe product may be fine, but the service/delivery was TERRIBLE. The delivery people called me with the refrigerator in the living room; said it wouldn't fit through the door; recommended tearing the door frame apart to fit it (thousands of dollars of damage and repair costs). I said no. They left with the refrigerator. I measured the other door into the room, and it fit just fine. My tenants were without a fridge for a week until delivery could be rescheduled.

PLASTIC INSIDE FRIDGE
Would Not RecommendI received my dodge. They played it into the wall for electricity but forgot the Water connection. Left me with one paper guide and didn’t take any inside tape or packaging out. The only reason I realized was because it bang making a Screeching noise !

OK, but not super quiet and flaws in freezer
Would Not RecommendVery hard to get decibel ratings on refrigerators. Measured 47 decibels at the front and 59 decibels at the back when the compressor is running. It is more quiet than my 18 year old Kenmore, but definitely not quiet. This was one of the few refrigerators that would fit my space, so I had few options. Would have paid more for something more quiet if I had the option. Also, in the freeze there were 2 tiny ball bearings. Tried to remove them and it turns out they are the ends of sensors...jus...
