We bought whirlpool appliances for 40 years I should’ve known not to buy anything else I do not like this dishwasher I bought it because it was cheaper but don’t waste your money

Didn't work well after 18 months

This dishwasher was fine for 18 months, but then it started generating a stinky/mildew type smell and was leaving the dishes only partially clean. I cleaned the pipes and did a deep clean on the unit, but it didn't fix the problem. Disappointing for a product only 18 months new. Wouldn't buy another Frigidaire product because of this experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I like the machine. It cleans well. The door does't fully open so the bottom rack is always on a tilt when extended to fill. It may be my install, but... The top rack isn't as tall as my previous machine so my taller plastic cups do not fit.

Sold me a broken dishwasher

So disappointed. Paid for two service calls to install this, but it was broken from the start. Lowe’s was willing to exchange it, but I had to pay for delivery of the new one.

New dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher works great and easy to use. Only thing to get use to was starting it the first couple of times, if you don’t shut it immediately it doesn’t start. But overall very happy with my new dishwasher.

Replacement Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New dishwasher seems to be everything I need, nothing fancy. Seems to clean well and is quieter than the old one. But doesn't seem to dry as well. Curious how it dries. The old one had a vent and you could feel the moist warm air during drying. Not sure how this one dries.

poor customer service from Frigidaire!

Sounds like a small thing, but it has soured my feelings about Frigidaire. Overall the dishwasher is great. However pictures on Lowes website and the silverware basket kit both show that there is a center lid included for the basket. My kit only had side lids. Without the lid, there is nothing to keep silverware separated and really makes the 2 center sections useless, as I do not put utensils in the dishwasher.
