Frigidaire 24-in Top Control Built-in Dishwasher ( Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel ) , MaxDry, DishSense Technology , 52-Decibel

Looks really nice, cleans OK, not great, have to run twice sometimes. Really holds a smell and bottom arm has come off a few times and today came off and melted into. I have only had this dishwasher a couple months and got the matching fridge. I don't recommend that either. I just bought a new spray arm even though it is under warranty, six weeks for anyone to come when you know what the issue is.....

Washes well but doesn’t dry

I like the look of the dishwasher and it functions in the sense that it washes dishes. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, and this does the job. It does not dry the dishes well, unfortunately. That’s why I am taking away 1 star. The racks are very lightweight plastic so I have to be gentle when loading and unloading but there is nothing wrong with them

Does not dry - wont honor warranty

Frigidaire has sent 3 repair people out and it still will not dry dishes. One of these repairmen has been here twice. Frigidaire will not replace it and it’s still under warranty. It has not ever dried a load since I bought it.

As unit was being moved into house, boxed unit was dripping water from inside of unopened shipping box. When box was opened and removed, front door of dishwasher was opened and water spray was all over the inside on unit. Frigidaire was contacted immediately, and said they did not do it, to contact lowes. Store person in appliances, ( i think named mark laughed about it.
