Ratings & Reviews for Fluidmaster Universal x 1/2-in Ballcock thread x 12.0-in Braided stainless steel Flexible Toilet Supply Line

Does the job

I actually had to get the 16" one because they were out of the 12s, and I'm glad I did because the new toilet's tank was significantly higher than the old one and 12 wouldn't have been long enough. The universal bushings turned out to be unnecessary in my case. It attached well and looks good.

Awesome!

I had no idea what I needed. All I know is I needed the leaking to stop, no idea about size, etc. This was perfect. 3 different sizes to try! My second try was perfect. No more wet floor.

excellent

Had an older system and the adapter included fit perfectly.

terrible

not only did the product not work but I can't get any customer service to help me find the product that I needed and I never can

It's been a while since I purchased a supply line and was really surprised to find out that the valve end was so large. It turns out that this kit includes three adapters for different size supply valve ends. I had to use the 3/8" adapter and did so with no problem. But now, what do I do with the other two that I didn't use? More waste. This could have been slightly cheaper if it was sized for my valve. There are single sized supply end lines but Lowes seems to stock this one. You might li...

Missing Parts - Repackaged

Horrible. When my plumbing part was picked up and brought to me by my uncle it was missing all three of the adaptors. Okay, I can still make it work. Upon installation though the rubber gasket on the end that fastens to the toilet tank was also missing. This is something that had to be pried off to remove. I knew this because I attempted to use a gasket from another similar line I had. However it was for a 1/2" fitting and it required a 7/8". Upon closer inspection the package was haphazardly st...

Gets the job done!

Bought a new toilet supply line to install my bidet attachment (old line was from 1997, whoa). Nice and bendy so I could get it in the shape/position I needed it in. Gets the job done and hasn't leaked. Totally recommend.

Leaks

using the adjustable sized nuts causes too much pressure and the product leaks out of the backside of the nut. Do NOT purchase.

Leaking

I like this product for it's versatility. The various sized fitting adapter is a plus. Good quality material and construction.

Versatile and easy to use. One size fits all

Strong and reliable hose with a very versatile application. I have two different size valves in my house and this hose works for both.

It just works

Easy to install, dosen't drip and, most importantly, it looks like it'll last a very long time.
