Would RecommendI never expected it to work this well. Used it on my bird bath that kept losing water. I am amazed. Thanks so much!

Water feature…
Would RecommendFlex seal worked great on my new little 650 gallon cement pond and water feature. The seal adhered to the concrete fabulously and looks great.

Sealing the can after use
Would RecommendWhen the product dries around the rim of the can it is impossible to seal the product properly. This allows the liquid to harden making the product unusable

It's didn't stop the leak.
Would Not RecommendIt didn't stop our patio from leaking into the garage. :( We added another coat and it still didn't stop, but slowed it. I expected it to act like it does in the commercials. It didn't. We couldn't find the 2.5 in grey anywhere. But we did find 4 gallons. But it didn't cover as much as the can said. So, where it had some good it had more bad. I'm was very disappointed to spend the money on it and it didn't stop the leak.

Seeping thru basement floor.
I'm not blaming the product, but when we have heavy rain, I still have water seeping up through the basement floor in one area that is approximately three feet long and two feet wide. Do you have any suggestions?
