What Customers Are Saying
The Flex Seal product has received mixed reviews. Many customers report it is an effective sealant and waterproofing solution, forming a durable, flexible seal that holds up well over time. The liquid version is particularly popular, being easy to apply and effective at sealing gaps and cracks. However, some customers felt the product did not live up to claims, with leaks persisting after application. Others found it difficult to apply neatly and complained about the strong odor. Proper preparation and application appear crucial for achieving the best results with this product.

Flex seal max
Would Not RecommendSUPER slippery when wet. I guess I should have read more into it but flex seal being advertised as non slip is very misleading. Obviously it’s non slip when dry but even a little wet and it’s a slick as oil

Would RecommendJust finished painting the pool... so far it's great. Hoping finish doesn't mar when we put the automatic robotic pool cleaner back in.

Not a good choice for inside aluminum boat hills.
Would Not RecommendWe used the Flex Seal paint on the inside hull of an aluminum boat, surface was sanded and prepped for paint, the Flex Seal product peels off if something rubs against it. Also dirt sticks to the surface and looks dirty all the time. Very disappointed in the results and will use a different product next time. Last boat we used was Herculiner and results were much better.

Flex Seal really helped.
Would RecommendI was hesitant about this product but it turns out to be really good. We used it to seal gutter seams that we could not get sealed with other products.
