Poor Quality generator and awful return/exchange policy for business owners that rely on generators. I recommend Harbor Freight for generator purchases. They will exchange the detected product instantly vs Lowe’s 2 weeks policy.

Works excellent for emergency power

Worked great to back feed from my garage to the house when our fifteen minute microburst came through and knocked out our power for five days. Only reason I’m not giving it five starts is that it’s pretty loud and burns up the gas pretty quick.

Firman Generator

We lost power. heard the Firman generator was restocked at Lowes and picked one up in time to save a lot of our food from spoiling. The generator is easy to put together and ran smoothly for 3 days without a problem. Excellent Generator

Can’t Really Give an Accurate Review

Well, pgh had a major storm that knocked my lights out for almost 5 days. I broke down and brought this, only to set it up and the light company came and fixed the lights. I did try it just to see, but when I plugged up a brand new extension cord to it, there was nothing. A week after the lights came on, I’m trying to put fuel stabilizer in it for storage, and I can’t get it to run so the stabilizer can get into all the right parts per the instructions. Disappointing

I was very disappointed with this generator. I purchased this one specifically due to being in a wheelchair, I needed one that was electric start. The battery was dead so it wouldn’t start with propane so I had to go purchase fuel and pull start it that way. I contacted Lowe’s about the battery but they couldn’t help me unless I bring back the whole generator 1.5 hours away. I contacted the generator manufacturer and they said they send out a new battery but it’s been a couple weeks and nothing ...
