I have used my "chop saw" and these blades for a few years. I always make sure I have one on hand in case the existing blade fails. These last the longest of all the Evolution blades.

Would Not Recommendthings started off really well, I was really impressed with the first few cute. (2 inch square tubing of cold rolled steel). Well, after 14 cuts it will barley cut through the bottom of a 2 inch square tube. I had been really easy with the saw, going slow and not letting to much heat build up. still, a complete failure. I might as well been using my miter saw to cut steel with.

These blades on the Evolution saw, will change the way that you cut metal. Prior to acquiring this tool we used a 14" abrasive wheel on a chop saw, which did the cutting job, but required significant effort on the part of the operator, and generated smoke and fumes. With the Evolution saw, one quick and easy push acomplishes the same cutting with less effort, more quickly and without generating smoke and smells.
