If you try this blade I bet you'll never buy another abrasive cutoff disc. This blade cuts very fast, with minimum burring, minimal heat, nice straight cuts. The blade CUTS rather than wearing its way through so, yes the work gets hot but almost no color change from oxidation. And, because it CUTS, the burring is minimal. The blade doesn't flex so the cut stays straight. It's fast, ~6 seconds to cut a piece of 2"x2"x1/8" square tubing. If you have a busy shop I think you'll find this blade pays ...

Purchased this blade as a replacement before it was needed. It should minimize downtime. For as fast as these tools are selling, i cant be bothered to wait

Would RecommendDOUG! ^ I hope lowes makes sure this gets to you! From your pictures it looks like you are using this blade in a standard abrasive cut off saw. This blade is specifically designed for the Evolution Rage saw that runs at a MUCH lower RPM than a standard cut off saw (~1,400 VS. 3-4,000 RPM) . so, I am pretty sure your problem is that your blade doesn't match your saw, not so much the blade it's self. Know what steel you can cut
Would RecommendBought this at a local welding shop they said ( you can cut any steel ) except stainless ... ok fair enough I asked will it last cutting .083 1-5/8 moly tubing ... answer yep this is the one .... two blades later and maybe 40-50 cuts later it's time for blade 3 , saw cuts great but guess I'm gonna try a stainless blade and if that doesn't work I'm selling my saw ....
