Would Not RecommendAfter trying for about an hour to get this to fit into my fridge, I compared it to the existing water filter and saw that it didn't line up exactly to the name brand one. Would've loved the price, but like other reviews posted here, it didn't fit.
I would not buy this again. The original product is much better. The MWF by GE is more expensive but worth the price in the long run. I had to take it back and get a refund.

Would Not RecommendI attempted several times to install this filter however it would not latch in and water would not come out of the refrigerator. I tried calling everydrop costumer care but they don’t pick up the phone. I wish my Lowe’s had the original GE filter instead of this.

GE Fridge Install Tip
Just installed in my GE refridgerator. It wouldnt twist into place at first, so I thought the product was bad. Turns out, it was user error. First, you’ll need to remove the plastic cover from the filter connection in your fridge. After that, line up the new filter, push up gently, then twist counter-clockwise until it wont turn anymore. wrong dimensions
Would Not RecommendThe filter wouldn’t fit my Samsung refrigerator. It looks identical to the Cullifan filter I removed but it would not turn and lock in place no matter how hatd i tried. I measured the distance from the locking tab to the O-ring and found it was 1 mm less than the original. See the photo marked with ted line for dimension I’m talking about. Taking it back for a refund. Recommend Culligan filters which are cheaper than the Samsung &49.95.
