Would Not RecommendTerrible experience; bought the 2 pack subscription option for the water filters as a way to save money and convenience. One of the filters arrived damaged. Trying to get a replacement, a refund or cancellation has been difficult. It seems this is intentional and the process should be just as easy as buying the product
