I have used Webster heads for years in my cleaning business. I have purchased this tool at Lowe's before. I am confused by this purchase because half of it is missing . why is it flat on two of the sides?? I didnt see the one I usually buy so I went ahead and bought it bc I need an extra one for my job tomorrow in a neglected home with ALOT of thick black cobwebs. Is this a way for the company to save money making the product?
