Would Not RecommendThe picture on your website for Item #379239 Model #48221 is actually the picture of Model # 48220. Your description (Click-Lock) is accurate, but I wanted the (Screw-on). When I saw the picture AND the video the screw on is what is shown - it is ROUND.; however, what you gave me is NOT. So frustrating to have to make another trip back to the store to return.

False Advertising, Bristles cut flat on two sides.
Would Not RecommendIt takes extra wrist effort to keep the rounded bristles catching the webs. Keeps rotating to the flat side. So for a 20 foot reach, very little bristle snags the webs if on the flat side. Very poor design. Without a doubt will look for an alternative.

Would Not RecommendThe app and website shows a round head that is great but the ones that came in have 2 sides cut short so no longer round. I hope Lowes can get the correct product back in stock that meets the specs shown on the app and website. I hope to find one that is round to meet my needs.

Would Not RecommendThe item description shows a completely round brush. This is false advertisement as the actual brush provided has the sides shaved off and is an arch shape. Lowe’s didn’t allow online return so I had to drive 30 minutes to return it to a physical store. The employee couldn’t get the return to go back on my credit card so i received in store credit which did not include shipping cost and can’t be used online. So I’m out 7.99 plus tax for shipping the gas to drive 30 minutes to Lowe’s and back all...
