Great heavy duty hammer!

I used it to pound concrete forms steaks and this hammer did the job very well. Good weight and balance.

As a woman, tools are very important to me, because I enjoy working with my hands building things & designing things that are useful, but also appealing to the eye. That why I love the quality design of the easily gripped handle for repetitive use & the equal weight distribution from the handle to the hammer itself makes for the best option of testing my skills when it comes to any & all of my crafting needs.

Nice hammer, but handle could be thicker

Bought this for hammering rocks, and it does a really good job. Chose this one instead of the Lowe's proprietary brand because it was $3 less. A chunk of metal at the end of a fiberglass handle is pretty much generic. Having used it, I think the handle could stand to be thicker. I used leather gloves, so it wasn't too bad, but if you used your bare hand, it would be hard to hold and control.

Did what I needed it too do

I needed a heavier hammer for driving fence posts into the ground. This did the job.
