Great price and of good quality.

The hood was very easy to install and it works great.

LED lights are not very bright. Two bulbs, each only 1.5 watts. Not enough lighting on stove top items. Replaced them with higher wattage bulbs. New ones would not fit. Had to remove light bezels. May have to modify them to fit the new bulbs.

Its heavy and extends down farther than normal.

First order was lost in transit. Took 4 week to get it. Works fine once installed.

Do not buy this garbage

Breaks after less than a month use

Nice fan, install was a bit tedious.

Packaging was good and the finish is nice. would be handy to have paper stencils included for cutting holes on installation.

Check height off cook surface for best suction.

Simple design, manual buttons and underside enclosed with washable stainless steel grates.

Range hood

Just a massive piece of equipment That sticks way out into your room. Possibly good for a restaurant.

Noisy

It looks nice... However, it's noisy and it doesn't draw as well as expected for a 500 cfm unit.

Sent wrong model TWICE

If you are looking for ductless. Don’t order this range hood. The model numbers are the same but in a different order and it was a huge hassle to get a replacement and return the first one they got wrong, now the second one that was delivered is the exact same one we returned.

Commercial exhaust power and design for home!

LOUD but VERY effective. Install a little difficult unless you have a 8" hole to the exterior already. We had to drill through brick but it was because of a redesigned kitchen. Love the commercial reusable filters. Light's PLENTY bright too!. Pay attention to the height of this, was bigger than I realized which for us was OK since our upper cabinet was designed shorter to raise the height between the cooktop and fan which put the hood. It's 10 inches in height!

I bought the Empava under the cabinet range hood for a kitchen remodel and couldn’t be more than pleased. It’s very sturdy and well made. Very beautiful! Dual fans make it a powerful exhaust fan! It’s a little bit noisy but like I mentioned, “dual fans”. The lighting is definitely sufficient. It is narrower than the 36” opening and will require some trim work but not a deal breaker for myself. Exact measurement is 35 3/8”. damage

the delivery team was great. however once we opened the box there was a dent/bend on the upper corner. disappointed when paying that kind of money to have damage. shipping box was not damaged. thinking damaged from packing. would lime to resolve the damage with Lowes

After going through 2 failed purchases elsewhere at other competitors, we searched the Lowes website and chose this range vent. Delivered to the store, easy pick up, very friendly staff. It's heavy so 2 people to install it. I recommend adding 2 blocks of wood under your cabinet to screw into. Very pleased so far with its features.
