I bought this product in late April and had big problems loading string and string jamming. After a long frustrating call with people difficult to understand they sent me a new head. The head is very difficult to install and requires a special hammer wrench to get a nut off. I had to take it to a specialist and pay a fee. NOT very satisfied

Would RecommendI brought this two years ago and it is still working brand new. The only thing is the handle broke. I already replaced it. This trimmer outlasted my gas trimmer and is much lighter. I highly recommend this trimmers.

Would Not RecommendI am very unhappy with my new string trimmer. After years of using a different brand battery operated trimmer, it was time for a new one, and thought I’d try an EGO. I read which direction the trimmer cuts and understand the method for how to best cut, and yet I move the trimmer appropriately and it literally bends the grass over and it pops right back up, most of the time.
