Love My EGO
Would RecommendI now have a EGO trimmer and blower love them both. The trimmer is light weight even with the battery. Lighter than the gas Echo I had before not to mention quieter. The blower is STRONG. I bought it to move leaves out of rocks under my oak trees and now use it for everything as it's quicker than the other blower I have. Next is the mower but my gas one works so well I can't pull the trigger on it yet BUT when I do it'll be an EGO!

My original electric trimmer lasted 12 years and had a cord -- not sure if cordless existed back then. I needed to make a quick decision and the consensus amongst my neighbors was to purchase an Ego. I test drove my neighbors Ego trimmer and found it easy to operate, light weight, easy to maneuver in tights spaces and they made reloading the cord a breeze. The battery provides ample power and the charge last for several cuts. That experience sealed the deal and I bought my trimmer. No regret...

Great except for the bump release
Would RecommendBought this a couple months ago and just used it a couple weeks ago. I’ve never used a string trimmer before so I read the instructions and watched a couple instructional videos on YouTube. The handles made it easy to maneuver and it made short work of the high grass at the fence line. It seemed to worked as designed except for the bump string release.
