What Customers Are Saying
The product is a versatile portable power generator that provides reliable backup power during outages, allowing users to run essential appliances and electronics. It is described as well-built, easy to use, and quiet. However, the runtime provided by the included batteries may not be sufficient for extended power outages, and the batteries are costly to replace. There are also complaints about slow charging time and connectivity issues with the Bluetooth and WiFi features. Overall, the product seems suitable for basic backup power needs, but may not be the best choice for more demanding applications or extended outages.

Portable power.
Would RecommendIt does what it’s supposed to do. We powered our refrigerator, drink cooler, and freezer through a 25 hr power outage. Was fortunate to have a neighbor with power so I could recharge batteries after 4 hrs or so.

Ok if you already have the batteries
Wifi doesn't work. Doesn't accect pass thru charging. Solar connection requires additional purchase. Only useful if you are already a part of the ego infrastructure and have the batteries. For price, lacks many features of competition.

WiFi/Bluetooth
I am not happy that you eliminated the WiFi/Bluetooth capability. In fact, I'm angry, you took a large step back in technology.
