Although I love the EGO system, this one isn't working for me. Assembly was difficult. On my first attempt at use, the chain fell off. Removed the battery and attempted to reattach the chain. This time it wouldn't even start; I think the chain was too tight. Tried a third time and the chain fell off again. The instructions say to not store it with oil in the tank, but it seems awkard to try to drain the oil after every use. I am an older petite woman and this tool is taller than I am. It p...

Everything I’ve tried so far is performed great.
I bought the pole saw, brush cutter and power sweeper. I bought the power hear with 5Ah battery. Worked great. Power sweeper was a star according to the my wife who was skeptical. Having suffered a critical medical emergency recently I didn’t feel it was too heavy. Although I did come out in much better condition than most do. I would definitely buy again. Battery lasted well beyond what I thought.

Would RecommendGreat Attachment for trimming chores, powerful. would definitely buy again. Only thing I would recommend is that they change the grease fitting at the gear head from an M6 screw to a zerk fitting to make maintenance and initial setup easier, or at least sell the "grease tube" recommended for required maintenance of several of their products!
