What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this pole saw attachment for its powerful cutting performance, lightweight carbon fiber design, and seamless integration with the multi-head system. Reviewers consistently highlight effortless cutting through branches, a sharp chain requiring minimal tensioning, and reduced fatigue during extended use. The quick-release attachment mechanism and self-oiling chain are widely appreciated for convenience. Many value the ecosystem compatibility, allowing one battery and power head across multiple tools. A few report minor chain tensioning concerns or find it slightly heavy with larger batteries, but these issues are vastly outweighed by strong overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Ego pole saw works great!

Would Recommend

Really glad I got this! Worked like a charm! I'm going to buy the extension as well so I can reach even higher branches.

Chain coming off.

Would Not Recommend

Two minutes into my first use and the chain comes off. Just a preview of things to come. I've now become an expert at reinstalling the chain. One problem seems to be the lack of tension on the bar. I removed the bar and filed down the boss where the retaining bolt goes and this seems to have helped, but not eliminated the problem. I hate to complain because I have nine EGO products and this is the only one I've had problems with.
