Would RecommendReally works good. Does use a lot of string. But I have 2.5 acres all fenced in. Over all happy with it and easier then a gas powered one. I bought since I have a EGO mower and was impressed with the run time on the battery.

Feels just as powerful as my old Echo gas trimmer but none of the oil mess or bad smell. I doubt I'll ever go back to the "gas age" now that I've going the E-volution

Great trimmer
Would RecommendUnit was easy to assembly. I was concerned about the weight but have found that the shoulder strap minimizes that concern. The power is comparable to my old gas trimmer. This unit is a dream to use. I am glad that I went to battery powered system.

Built for tall people
Would RecommendThe trimmer itself and the interchangeable tools are great. The only negative is that these are built for tall people. Making it adjustable for a petite gal would make it more ergonomic and more comfortable to use. Would be easier to balance without needing to lift shoulders.

The string is not as thick as my Commercial gas unit and the battery makes it a little heavy. It also May require a second battery depending on how much you use it.

Wacks weeds ok, no oil.
Being a lifelong user of 2-stroke weed wackers, this one is a little quieter, has a stronger string, is not more powerful, is not lighter, and cannot run as long without multiple batteries charging. But it wacks weeds just fine, and no oil/gas mix nor spark plugs and spark arrestors. Just expensive batteries.
