The saw itself is great. More power than I expected. Fairly lightweight. A few things I did not expect is how often you have to tighten the blade and the fact that the battery didn't last near as long as I thought it would.

Safer than a gas powered chainsaw
Would RecommendVery convenient. Easy to change the chain without tools. Safe when user is in a difficult location; climbing a ladder to drop limbs. No need to keep it running or to struggle with cord pulling to restart it as you would have to do with a gas powered saw. Just get set, be safe and pull the trigger. Release the trigger when the limb has been cut. The saw shuts off. Plenty of power to fell a 16” diameter tree and larger. Dozens of cuts with one 7AH battery. Great saw for light duty work.
Would RecommendBought this saw a couple of weeks ago as a backup to my gas saw and for cutting up smaller trees and limbs. I was cutting softwood for an hour and the saw worked great but I was disappointed that the battery boes not have a bar indicator showing how much batery is left.

Chain is easy to put back on
Would Not RecommendGot this at Christmas, only use it when I need to , but don't use it on big stuff when I do uses it the chain always pops off , don't under cut with it , it will come off ! About ready to go back to gas !!
