There are two pieces involved.
Would RecommendI didn't notice that there were no screw holes in the plate when I bought it. I unwrapped it and realized it only had openings for the switches. The back, though, had screws sticking out like tiny studs. After a couple of minutes, I tried prying the plate apart gently. I installed the back plate to the box and then snapped the front plate to the back plate. Not hard once I figured it out. It's a sleek look, and not a problem unless you're planning on an old-school cover plate.
