It didn't sit flush on my wall with my dimmer switch. I ended up getting a metal wall plate with screws that accommodates the bulkiness of the dimmer better and sits flush. I'd think the plastic is probably fine for non-dimmer switches.

Greatly simplified getting 3 switches installed
Would RecommendI had never used an Eaton wall plate before and truthfully bought it by accident. Turned out to be a good mistake. I like that there are no screws exposed once it installed. The back plate made it simple to align the switches. Once screwed in, the top plate simply snaps in place.

Nice Idea But
Would Not RecommendI liked the idea of no scres showing but the screws that came with the plate are a bit too short to fit into the switch recepticle, especially if your going to put a sealer behind the plate. I returned plate and used original one I had.
