What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this heat tape for reliably preventing outdoor pipes from freezing, even in extreme cold down to 35 below zero. Most highlight straightforward installation without complex wrapping, appreciating the power indicator light for easy operation. Reviewers emphasize the peace of mind it provides during winter, with many reporting years of dependable service. A few note minor issues like fit concerns or thermostat cycling, but these are rare exceptions to the strong consensus that this is an essential, effective winter solution.

Heat it
Would RecommendFinally installed, fingers crossed for next freeze
Would RecommendFirst one that I ordered had been opened and resealed with staples, was missing a manual which I finally received within the second, unopened one. Decided to keep one as a spare, just in case.

Mine was a dud.
Would Not RecommendWorked for a few days but then it stopped heating. For the price you should get more than a few days.
Wonderful company to do business with
I had a curbside pick up of this product. I'm handicapped and it's hard for me to get into the store. I appreciated the way the transaction was conducted. Unfortunately, the product didn't fit my needs and couldn't be used. It was taken back very quickly...it wasn't a problem at all. The staff is fantastic.
