What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this heat tape for reliably preventing outdoor pipes from freezing, even in extreme cold below 35 degrees. Most highlight easy installation without professional help and appreciate the power indicator light. Many report years of dependable performance and describe it as a lifesaver that provides peace of mind during winter. A few note the cable runs long for some applications or mention isolated activation issues, but these represent minimal feedback. Overall, reviewers strongly recommend it as an essential winter pipe protection solution.

Finally installed, fingers crossed for next freeze

First one that I ordered had been opened and resealed with staples, was missing a manual which I finally received within the second, unopened one. Decided to keep one as a spare, just in case.

Mine was a dud.

Worked for a few days but then it stopped heating. For the price you should get more than a few days.

Wonderful company to do business with

I had a curbside pick up of this product. I'm handicapped and it's hard for me to get into the store. I appreciated the way the transaction was conducted. Unfortunately, the product didn't fit my needs and couldn't be used. It was taken back very quickly...it wasn't a problem at all. The staff is fantastic.
