I did not find it I easy to ‘pound-in”, however, the stakes are fantastic and allowed the border to be placed at the proper height. I had to purchase more stakes for the 20’ length. It needs to be unrolled in the sun for quite a while to make it pliable.

Huge Disappointment Don't Waste Your Money
Would Not RecommendI liked the concept. My list of dislikes is longer. If your soil is soft and loose and completely rock-free this product might work well. The strip is rolled up in a small box. Had to set it out in the hot sun uncurled with bricks holding it down to release the tight curl. The plastic was soft, pounding it into the ground was somewhat frustrating as the smallest pebble impedes progress. Not as good as regular no-dig edging
Would Not RecommendI prefer the regular no-dig edging. This product requires the ground to be pierced by a sharp edge so that the spikes can penetrate the hard soil. Then, the edging is hammered into the slit with a rubber mallet, and fastened to the ground with the provided spikes. I hope it holds up, as there weren’t many clips for that much edging.
