Easy to use and light weight

I bought this for our new property we built on. It cuts through weeds effortlessly. Easy to replace string and is quite powerful. It's an awesome machine . Glad it can be folded down to save room in the garage

The Mini Beast

I bought this to replace a larger string trimmer (we called it The Beast) that I just wore out over 10 years of heavy service. Brush cutter I should of already owned

This thing runs great and cuts like a champ lighter than a push mower and cut’s good, it won’t cut really large brush with out going threw the line but tall grass and blackberry vines did great

Gas up and go

Very easy to start, very easy to change trimmer line, just gas up and go. It just keeps ripping through my 4 ft tall grass and weeds.

Makes weed trimmer less tiring.

I have about 2 1/2 acres of property to trim the weeds and grass along fence lines. Using a hand held trimmer used to wear me out. The Earthquake - Walk Behind String Mower has cut the time considerably and is so much less tiring to use. I am also no longer covered in grass clipping as I was with the hand held trimmer.

Nice

Great trimmer easy to restring like the no air big wheels. Only fault I have it hard to start after it been working the engine will still be warm when you stop to refuel or restring. Other than that no problem it will mow it down in short time

Works Well

Easy to start and has plenty of power. Would really like to see a better shield to protect from flying debris. It is also difficult to insert the string to way they configured it. the string you must use if just a little more flimsy than I think it should be. I owned a similar item for many years until it just finally wore out and it had a better shield and easier to insert string .

Great Mower, but be prepared to buy lots of string

Great Mower, but be prepared to buy lots of string. We went through the initial string within 1 hour of use. The next day we bought two packets as the thicker weeds did cause them to break quite rapidly. It's part of the deal, so it's not devastating, but you should know this going in.

Works great mostly

Using it on a farm, mostly on fence lines. It's fearless there. Around my wooden raised garden boxes, the string breaks a lot. I use my hand held one that automatically extends more string when it breaks. I love the fact that the motor is governed by the load. Saves fuel and responds quickly enough to prevent stalling.

Still deciding...

I bought this machine at the beginning of the summer and have used it several times thus far. I'm not sure what's going on with it but it doesn't seem to cut as well as it did in the beginning. I have checked everything I can think of but it seems to really struggle and bog down if the grass is too tall or if I take more than a half width 'bite'. Starts good the first time, sometimes not so great when engine is hot and needs to sit and cool down for awhile then will start right up. String is eas...

I been using it for the past six months and it is very easy to use it and reliable, the fact that I don’t have to carry it all over it helps me a lot, it’s not for tight spots but for my two acres yard is why I bought it
