Great heater. easy to install and works way better than I anticipated. love the thermostat. Temp in the 20s and my 550 sq feet stayed nice and warm with heater coming on very few times during the night.

Great heater and easy set up

Bought this heater on Monday and I also purchased a 100 pound tank and a two stage regulator plus the optional fan took everything home mounted heater on my garage wall works great nice and warm and I haven't even turned it all the way on high yet. Great heater highly recommend

Quiet and pleasant

So far since installed a couple of weeks ago this heater is quiet and pleasant. Warmth is perfect and has user friendly controls. The kids are no longer blowing out the pilot light as they did on the previous heater because it is lit across the bottom in a pleasant light blue flame. The bricks on the previous were a nuisance to light when switching levels. We will see how this continues. Nice heater.

Great Product

Easy to install...fired up right away and heats the porch well, even at lowest setting

Nice Heater

Puts out a good bit of heat for as small as it is. Very easy to mount and the thermostat works well. Only issue I have is that you have to hold the pilot button for at least 3 times as long as any other I have after the pilot is lit until it will stay lit on it's own. Once lit though it works well and I've had no other problems with it.

Works really well!

This just happens to be the 5th space heater I have purchased in the past 8 years and it is by far the best brand I have purchased. When the burner turns on, there is no spell of unburned gas like the other brands. When the burner turns off after it reaches its thermostat setting, agin, there is no smell of unburned gas either. It is very quiet too when the burner is on like other brands.

Purchased and had fuel company install. Works great and exceeds my needs. Very pleased

Pilot won't stay lit-fix

Had techs hook up heater. Pilot would light but not stay lit.Thought heater was defective so returned it to Lowes, exchanged for another unit. Installed that one-guess what? Pilot would not stay lit. Called customer service. There is a small air hole that provides air to the pilot. It was getting too much air . They sent me a clip to cover the hole. Heater works now as it should. This clip should have been included in the box with the heater. Wasted half a day and gas money for nothing.....

Great Dual Gas heater

We have natural gas hookup but this will connect for propane as well. Its a breeze to light and it uses a replaceable battery. Its only a 2 brick heater but it keeps our huge living room comfortable.
