What Customers Are Saying
The product offers efficient and visible blue flame heating, quick and reliable ignition, and the ability to effectively warm medium-sized spaces. Customers appreciate the thermostat control, infrared heating, and overall value. However, some users have reported minor issues like missing parts, difficulty with gas conversion, and a slight odor during operation. The consensus is that this is a good quality, easy-to-use space heater that provides cozy, fireplace-like warmth, especially for smaller to medium-sized rooms or workshops.

Would RecommendPurchased as a back-up for the house when the power goes out. Been using it a lot, the 20,000 btu's heats the house well (1000Sqft) even with the outside temp at +20F. Burns clean as the CO detector is very close by. Does a great job even without the fan kit.

Infrared versus blue flame. We prefer the infrare.
Would Not RecommendWe prefer infrared style and Not blue flame. Also don’t like the built in thermostat. Prefer to adjust as needed myself

I was running a combination of electric space heat and propane sunflower heat, but bought this to run on natural gas. Natural gas is cheaper here and there's no need to go have propane bottles filled. This will also work if they have rolling blackouts this winter. Installation took a while, but I had to repair the gas line that was...
