Ratings & Reviews for DuroMax HX Series 15000 Starting / 12000 Running Watt Gas and Propane Dual fuel Portable Generator

Seems to be a great product

Received it in timely manner and great shape. Easy to put together and started right up. Ran perfectly

New generator

So far, so good. Can not seem to find a replacement oil filter number.

Dependable Power

I recently purchased this generator to replace a tractor run generator. Cold weather starting of a diesel tractor engine can be challenging so enjoying a generator that can be started up in any weather.

Great generator

Nice unit, well built and the assembly instructions are perfect.

I've had a duramax for 2 or 3 years. It will not start when we have cold weather. Have been disappointed since I've had it. Very frustrating 😕

Best Generator for the whole house

I couldn’t be happier with my new DuroMax 15,000 Watt Electric Start Dual Fuel Portable Generator! From the moment I set it up, I knew this was a powerhouse built for reliability and convenience. Unmatched Power: With 15,000 watts of peak power, this generator easily handles everything from household essentials to heavy-duty equipment. It gives me complete peace of mind during outages and is more than capable of supporting large appliances simultaneously. Dual Fuel Flexibility: The ability to ...

Reliable

I bought this about a month ago and so happy I did. Only a couple weeks after I bought it the power went out for 8 hours and I was able start this bad boy up and stay connected. It started up beautifully and purrs. So happy with my purchase

Very reliable and efficient generator

I ordered this generator because of my experience with this same model I had purchased several years ago and left it when I moved. It had provided excellent service and no fail operation . I used propane to fuel it and over 3 years it used less than 20 gallons in almost 50 hours of operation.

Ready for Power Outage

I have my new generator ready to go! Nice to have backup power that can be put on-line in minutes. Power outages in Iowa can happen on the coldest days which often challenged my tractor-driven generator!

Great purchase

Easy setup, starts right up. Haven't had too yet, but should power my entire home.

Very Reliable!

I bought this unit 3 years ago, and it has powered my entire home through two full-blown hurricanes and three strong storms. We live in a storm-prone area, and electrical outages are common. The power was out for 5 days due to one storm. This generator has worked flawlessly through each event. I crank it up on the 1st day of each month, and let it run for 5 minutes to keep fresh fuel through the carb. I make sure there is a fuel stabilizer in the onboard tank and each extra 5-gallon reserv...

whole house taken care of

I bought this generator last summer. I was tired of losing power in the spring storms. Price was good, cable is very expensive and I use propane and have two 40 gallon waiting to be used as needed. I had to have an electrician come out and run the outdoor plug in the ext wall to the house and electrical box and that wasn't too bad either. I have it in the garage hooked up to a trickle charge and take it out the first of each month to run a test, works like a charm. I have hooked it up to ru...

Great whole home power supply

Bought to power whole home after loosing power doe to hurricanes. Love the push button start and the ease in setup.

One of the best

Bought this a few months back and am very happy with the purchase. Great peace of mind in case of power issues. I paired it with a 200 lb propane tank for extended use.

Ready for winter

Bought after Texas snow. Starts every month when checked. Fortunately haven’t had to use for real yet!!

Just received, packaged well, easy to assemble. Haven’t started yet as temp has been in the single digits. Came with multiple plugs that I didn’t expect so I can make different cords if I wanted.

DuroMax - 15,000 Watt Electric Start Dual Fuel Por

Bought this for whole house due to wild fire shut offs. I have only had to use it twice but worked great. Plenty of power to run everything in my house including my air 5 ton conditioner
