Patient's

I rated it 5 stars, because it ran so well, but getting there was a little bit of a headache, first off the propane hose was not usable, DuroMax Power support sent me a new one, took 6 days, so I am all set NO! the gas type switch would not move! so I took the lever off, sprayed it with penetrating oil moved it gently and it freed up, then I tried to move the fuel type switch same thing, that one took awhile to free up take your time and just keep spraying a little at a time, free it up then I s...

DuroMax Tri-Fuel Greatness

The DuroMax 13 kW tri-fuel generator is very nice. Set was reasonable, but it is heavy but capable. It has a nicely done owner’s manual as well. I would not hesitate recommending this generator to a friend or buying another if needed.

Power when you need it

Bought on sale to be ready for any future outages. We continue with monthly maintenance runs until that time comes.

Remiable

I had one used on food truck 5 yrs. No issue ever. Sold it with food truck and bought new food truck and new Duromax 13000.working great.

100% reliable

I bought this a few years back. Been thru 2 major tropical storms, an ice storm “in Houston, Tx” and it has started with minimal effort. Biggest problem-I didn’t keep the battery charged.

excellent investment

this is my 2nd duromax generator and I really like the tri fuel feature.

Best Investment ever

This has been the one of the best investments we have made for our house. Having a house near the east coast we are prone to hurricanes and power outages. Buythis this generator capable of all three fuels provided us with the peace of mind for the upcoming hurricane season. I have utilized this for a couple of our get together down on the beach and while camping. We also have the switch and plug wired into the house to provide whole home back up if the need arises. The easy to follow instruction...

Generator dual fuel 13000

We just purchased and although have not needed, have ran it. Arrived quickly boxed very well on perfect condition. We like the idea of being to option propane not use messy gas cans to always refill. So far experimented with it and runs our whole house no problem. Really great product and gives us reassurance.

13000 Tri fuel

Works great on all fuels. Only one small problem the idle control come out of adjustment.

Great genorator

Bought this generator 2 years ago AFTER we had 2 cat 5 hurricains in a week (Fort Myers Fl.) apart was with out power for a week an a half . As luck would have it we haven't had a hurricain in 2 years .Have tested it it will power a 3 1/2 ton package A-C unit with nothing else running or 3 refers an lights with no problems. Hot water heater is 120 volt used as needed never tripped a breaker.

Great quality and Versatility

Purchased for next storm season. 6 days without power won’t happen again!

I have one just like this one and i love it. I run

I have this same model an i love it. It runs my whole house hold. Never gives no problem. I never have to choke it even when it's cold. Some times sits up for a year and still don't have to choke it. Running on propane i never have any carburtor problems. Great generator for sure. I'm ready for our next hurricane. When the power goes out.

Feel so much comfort having this generator

We purchased this generator right after Hurticane Beryl. Living in Houston we have experienced the wildest extreme weather in the past 5 years. Power grid failure during extreme freezing weather, durateos, hurricaines, general power grid failures. Having our Duromax generator gives me peace of mind that life will be easier the next time SHTF. At our age trying to survive in extreme heat and/or cold has become more difficult. Duromax will solve these issues. We have connection to natural g...

Worked perfectly

It started right up and ran my entire house including Central AC and three refrigerators!

Stellar

This is a reliable powerhouse! Runs the whole critical load list when needed. Starts up every time. Highly recommended

great generator

Only used it to start and run right now. Haven't had an outage yet. Use on propane starts in 1 second. Will recommend to all.

Be Prepared

I bought my duromax generator to maintain power when the grid goes down. I've owned this generator for three years and have used it a half dozen times. Works as it should. I also bought a small wood shed that is located at the corner of the house where the power line comes in. Takes less than 10 minutes to setup.

Awesome product

I have owned this generator for just over a year and although I have only used it for a brief power outage it never failed.

13000hxt

I love my 13000hxt. It will power my whole house. Even without the soft start on the ac.
