Bought this about 8 months ago for backup house power and also to run miscellaneous items when needed. Works well. Have had no issues and have used it several time so far

Generator

I absolutely love this generator! Quality product, n company that stands behind their products! Highly recommended!!!

Assembly and startup procedures

Purchased 13000HTX DUAL Fuel. Assembly was easy directions were easy to follow. Completed my 8 hr break in ran on propane and ran the house during that time keeping it under 50% load. Change oil as recommended and did storage procedure for over 3 months. So far good results I'm confident that when I need the generator it will be ready to go.

Great generator

This is the best generator that I have owned. I've had it for around 5 years now, with no problems. I brag about it a lot, and got 2 friends to buy one also. I love this machine!

Great backup generator

A great piece of mind knowing that I have a generator during hurricane season. Being able to hook it up to propane, keeps us from going to the gas station frequently. Get a trickle charger hooked to the battery, making sure the electric start works. Absolutely love this generator.

Great generator

I have owned this for over 3 years have always been very happy I use it to power up to 3 campers at the same time. I have only use it on propane I just bought the 5500 duel fuel to use when I only need to power 1 camper.

Super reliable

Had this generator for 3years. I use it for my house during power outages and for camping. It has never let me down. It’s a little on the heavy side but it move around pretty easily. It starts and runs great every time. I always know that when I need it , it will perform well. Very dependable.

good investment

AWESOME

I fill secure with my generator edual power if the electricity power fall down.

Does the job

I have had this generator for about 4 years it powers my whole house with ease. The only thing I would like to see is a kit to upgrade it to be capable to hook it to natural gas

poor customer service

they never respond to Lowe's in regards to delivery or non-delivery

Don't buy these types of items they don't back it!

Has trouble running on propane after following instructions to the letter. Absolutely no help from DuroMax or Lowes Pro. A 5 year warranty and no returns. stupid. don't buy it.

RL shippers were TERRIBLE

They delivered without setting up a day or time. They literally said they didn’t care. I wanted it delivered on Tuesday when someone would be there - it's been almost a month since it was ordered - they left it out in the open.

vendor is bogus they do not respond to Lowe's

don't buy these generators or anything on Lowe's website

Easy setup and good so far

I loved the comprehensive , clear setup instructions and big pictures. It surprising how detailed the service manual is! Plenty of handy stickers and placards instructing how to start and stop the generator.
