Powerhouse

I just purchased this generator and only used it a couple of times. It’s Very well built and powerful. You won’t be disappointed

Very heavy

The generator arrived as advertised. Went together reasonably well. Directions could have been better. Started right up with propane

Duromax XP13000HX

I just received my Duromax XP13000HX generator. Product looks perfect, setup was easy, running like a champ!

XP13000HX

Extremely pleased with the purchase. Directions for assembly and startup were straight forward and easy to interpret. Even though it has been a recent purchase, it has already paid off during the storms this winter in the south. It has been a strong performer.

Seems to be a great product

Received it in timely manner and great shape. Easy to put together and started right up. Ran perfectly

XP13000HX

Just bought this generator. Put it together. Added oil put gas in and it started right up. Have not had to use it yet but glad I got it just in case power goes out.

works great when started...if it starts

Bought this unit in May 2023. Plugs into the house via a transfer switch. Works great when it starts, but getting it to start is like winning the lottery. Extremely temperamental.Metal gas tank promotes formation of frost during cold temperatures which then gets into the fuel, and have to add Kleen flo all the time. Will go through 4 start cycle attemps without so much as a spurt and I end up having to recharge the battery, which I could not do during a power outage, which is what this thing is ...

13000 HX GENERATOR

THIS SYSTEM WORKS GREAT FOLLOWED ENSTRUCTIONS WERE GREAT RUNS MY HOLE HOUSE WITH ANY PROBLEM THANK YOU HENRY STINE

Excellent, very friendly and easy to use

I bought this generator in 2021, and I just happen to need it until 2026 on the ice storm that got half the country, I can't express how fortunate we were to have this, since it was the first time that I used it, I just needed to put oil, connect the battery and crank it up. Honestly the battery didn't work by itself, however it had been on storage for 5 years, so I get it, the most amazing part is that you can start it manually with the recoil, and was not that hard. Highly recommended produc...

Great generator

Nice unit, well built and the assembly instructions are perfect.

I've had a duramax for 2 or 3 years. It will not start when we have cold weather. Have been disappointed since I've had it. Very frustrating 😕

Not worth it

I bought mine two years ago and never had to use it. When I finally tried to start it, the battery was dead, so I replaced it and was able to get it running. But when I actually needed it during a storm, it wouldn’t start at all. My brother bought the same one at the same time and couldn't get his working either.

Not disappointed

Bought 4 years ago. Used 1-2 times each year. Available for use each time.

DuroMax XP13000HX

We just purchased our first generator and can already tell we made the right choice. Our neighbors have the same model, and now we have the same peace of mind with the impending weather. Set up was easy. And the directions for future maintenance needs is just as easy, no complications. All the tools and supplies needed were provided (except oil, you need 10W30, or 5W30 full synthetic). I love having the option to use 2 fuel types if needed as well. Registration was just as easy.

Great Generator!

I bought this several months ago and now need to get it ready for the big ice storm we are supposed to get in South Carolina.

Great product

I purchased the generator March 2025 after a massive ice storm. This is the time using. Hooked up to 500 gallon propane tank and ready to go.
