Would RecommendGreat Generator and even better customer service! Had a small parts issue and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, that’s the difference between good companies and great companies.

12000DX
Would RecommendProduct shipped quicker than expected. Assembly was fairly easy, but the battery was dead. I put it on a trickle charger overnight and it started right up. I ran it for about 30 mins on gasoline but haven’t tried the propane yet. It looks like a very well built generator for the price. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great capacity and features
Would RecommendUnit received is as described. Great capacity for the price point. Easy start. Great flexibility with the dual fuel. Yes it is heavy, but that is described in the spec sheet. We added a weatherproof cover and feel like we'll be ready for the next extended power outage.

12,000 watt dual fuel generator.
Would RecommendVery well bulit. Very easy starting, via propane. Assembly instructions need work, very vague. May be better to produce a video instead of written instructions or have both. Happy with the purchase, I would repurchase.

GREAT AND EASY PRODUCT
I bought my generator a last month and I am very pleased with the product. It was easy to assemble the wheels and handles. Once I put everything together I decided to hook up the propane and start it up. It started emmediately. I now have peace in my home if and when the power goes off. I am currently contacting an electrician to hook up an outlet on my breaker box. I was also pleased with how easy it is to move the generator with the handles.
