What Customers Are Saying
The DreamLine Encore bypass shower doors are generally well-received for their sturdy construction, sleek design, and smooth operation. Most users found the doors to be of high quality and a good value. However, some reported challenges with the installation process, including difficulty handling the heavy glass doors and unclear instructions. A few customers also experienced minor issues like water leakage or difficulty opening the doors, but these seemed to be isolated problems. Overall, the majority of users were satisfied with the product and would recommend it.

Would Not RecommendDo not buy from this company if you need parts, you can just forget it. You have to take pictures and a bunch of emails, then go deal with lowes directly, and they have to do emails. Then they come back with a outragridiculously ridiculous price for some nuts and bolts. Better to return or go with another company.

Good lookin shower body
Would RecommendDurable and easy to install. Needed to install a low maintenance shower body with a cast iron base. This product looks great and is durable. So far…easy to clean too.

Quality Shower door
Would RecommendThis is a very well made quality unit. I did kind of laugh at the 1.5 hours estimated install time. You will need a friend to help move the box and to set the doors in the tracks. They are heavy.

Great Quality Door
Would RecommendMy husband installed this in 5 hours by himself. The doors are thick, substantial and look amazing! I almost went with a professional/custom glass installer and it would’ve cost $2600 for their bottom of the line. The man told me that they couldn’t compete with the price or quality of Dreamline and that I should just go with Lowe’s.

Terrific Product, Exceptional Company
Would RecommendIt took two weeks longer than we anticipated for this to arrive, but I was given the vendor's number and their customer people are exceptional. When it arrived, my contractor made a huge error and cut the side rails too short (long story). I called customer service and they overnighted a new set of side rails immediately so we could finish the remodel. SO AMAZING. As for the doors themselves, I think they make the new shower look incredible and they glide effortlessly and KEEP THE WATER OUT (w...
