Elegant Semi-frame Shower Door for Narrow Showers

Very elegant looking shower door, slides smoothly and heavy duty bars and frame. It really dresses up the shower. I had it professionally installed and he had no issues installing it. Now to use it in three days after the chalk dries. Having the extra 1/16" wider than 1/4" the other shower doors in this class and glass coating really makes a difference on stall entrances that are narrow.. 21/4 ". You may pay a little more, but your satisfaction will be worth it. Plus great warranty period.

Use Two people when installing the heavy doors.

This is a very well-made shower door system, it is heavy duty. Everything worked and fit together. The doors are heavy, so being care-full when installing them is a good idea. I installed it on a Sterling shower enclosure kit, looks great. My client is very happy. I added shower control/shower head in bronze finish also. The top roller guide is very sturdy/strong. It really is a good looking product!

Will not order from Lowe’s again

The shower door itself is fine. Pickup and delivery, plus interaction with service personnel, sucks. They failed to have the door ready for pickup until 2 days after the promised date- destroying my timeline and forcing a change to delivery (adding $86 to the cost). It took 3(!) employees to figure out how to add the delivery order. They sent an email giving a 3:00-7:00pm delivery time- then delivered at 8:45am as I was getting out of the shower.

Missing hardware

I did not receive the hardware (glass only) and had to connect with the vendor to resolve the issue. Still haven’t received product

Seems fine, but missing pieces

As others have also experienced, came with missing and broken pieces, support is hard to get a hold of, and it takes about 10 biz days to receive them... Not great when you are in the middle of installing a shower.

Looks good, but skeptical

It definitely looks stylish. The installation instructions were easy to follow. I installed this solo but it is definitely a 2 man job. I haven't showered in there yet, but im skeptical about water making it through the glass overlap. Watch this space. Will advise in the coming days and weeks.

Beware Customer Service

We had this shower door installed in May 2023. Three months later both shower door towel bars came loose. Warranty states limited lifetime warranty. After contacting Dreamline for replacement parts, and following all instructions for submitting photos of screws bushings, etc. they were willing to replace parts but we had to pay over $20 postage before they would ship the parts. Bad Packaging. Missing Parts.

The packaging was unprofessional (or in some instances, gone) with missing parts. I’m pushing almost two months to get all the parts for my contractor to finish the job. Expect to wait another two weeks for the manufacturer to get those parts to you if you’re lucky. In the meanwhile, I don’t have a shower.

Bad CS

Do not buy from this company if you need parts, you can just forget it. You have to take pictures and a bunch of emails, then go deal with lowes directly, and they have to do emails. Then they come back with a outragridiculously ridiculous price for some nuts and bolts. Better to return or go with another company.
