Defective cabinet/ cabinets

This is the second cabinet we had to order because the first one was badly defective. The rest of cabinets lack described quality as well but were usable and we did not want to prolong works on our kitchen longer than necessary. It caused us to push all of our remodelling and instalation plans back for more than two weeks including installation of our new flooring. I hope the replacement cabinet will be of expected or as described in catalogue quality and we can use it to finish the project.

ordered blue, white cabinet showed up

After waiting 2 weeks for order to show up, it came in the wrong color. Now only option is for them to pick it up and then wait another 2 weeks for the new one to get delivered....

Jamestown 90 inch cabinets and 36 inch wide 2 draw

We ordered our cabinets almost 2 months ago but were unable to install right away. They were just installed and we are happy with the products BUT we are missing the shelf hanger hardware for one of the 90 inch cabinets. Can these be mailed to us? Thank you, Cheryl Gardner Augusta, WV

Just ok

Overall happy with the price we paid. No damage with our shipping, they were in great condition. The downsides are the door panel is a bit thin for my liking, the back is stapled on, and the opening of the blind corner is super small I can't find any pull out shelves to fit it. I'm sure they won't last forever and I'm glad we caught them on at a good sale price plus the bulk price. Probably wouldn't buy them again but overall they are ok.

Arrived damaged, later than 14 day guarantee

The cabinet is solid and seems nice, but 1 of the 3 we ordered arrived damaged in 2 places. It also took 2.5 weeks to arrive. We needed it sooner and ordered it because of the 14-day delivery guarantee.

quality is significantly lower than described. This product is billed as semi-custom and yet it is stapled very thin plywood.

Missing a toe kick

Cabinet we purchased was supposed to be 93in tall. We received a cabinet with a missing toe kick and the cabinet itself is 88.5in tall, not fitting our space correctly. Looking to see what our options are?

Damaged Cabinets, poor shipping

We received 3 of 6 cabinets damaged, poor workmanship as many were painted poorly and scratched. One cabinet had the shelf glued to the top of the cabinet. It’s very disappointing to receive damaged cabinets, huge hassle to return and is now delaying our project until toward the end of July. Need to do a much better job packing and shipping.

Cheap paint

Smooth gliding doors, good amount of space, perfect fit; feels a bit rickety and had 2 spots where paint was already peeling in the corners of the door fronts upon delivery.

Run Away Quickly

Don't walk. Run away. Lowes has provided one of the worst customer experiences I've encountered. I purchased cabinets and installation over a year ago and still do not have a completed kitchen. More than 7 shipments of damaged cabinets and replacements have been sent. Shipments have included cracked cabinets, dents, cabinets built out of square, chipping and peeling paint.
