What Customers Are Saying
The cabinets are reported to be of high quality and sturdy construction when received undamaged. However, many customers experienced significant issues, including damaged or defective products, missing or incorrect parts, and long delivery delays. The overall customer experience appears to be highly inconsistent, with some praising the cabinets while others strongly advise against purchasing them due to poor quality and value.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.Ordered 3 weeks ago , they come to deliver today and are a cabinet short , so I rejected the load , I want all or nothing , now they are saying next delivery “should” be the 19th but don’t know until the cabinet isn’t on back order any more . I placed the order on Feb 17th , today is March 5th and maybe I’ll be getting them all on March 19th lol , do better ! They had no problem taking my money on time
