What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the cabinets' sturdy construction, smooth finish, and premium feel, with many noting they exceed expectations for the price. However, a substantial portion report receiving damaged units with cracked frames, chipped paint, dents, and misaligned doors. Delivery delays and inaccurate order tracking frustrate many reviewers, while others cite unresponsive customer service and missing parts. Some note missing hardware or incomplete designs. Despite quality craftsmanship when undamaged, the combination of defects and service issues leaves many hesitant to repurchase.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.Ordered 3 weeks ago , they come to deliver today and are a cabinet short , so I rejected the load , I want all or nothing , now they are saying next delivery “should” be the 19th but don’t know until the cabinet isn’t on back order any more . I placed the order on Feb 17th , today is March 5th and maybe I’ll be getting them all on March 19th lol , do better ! They had no problem taking my money on time
