Reliable and easy

I have been using my deWalt 13000 generator for a few weeks. I am disabled female and have found this to be very easy to start and maintain. I know it is more powerful than my last generator, but it is also much more noisy. It is also easy to switch from gasoline to propane. It rulns all that is needed to live comfortably. Once the power is hooked up, it will become a very reliable backup. It was well worth the money.

Large gas tank capacity for long use

Drop freight shipment of the Dewalt generator 180lbs on a pallet. Thru pure grit I put the wheels on and handle. Setup was a challenge but I did it by myself. I like how the generator uses gas and not a mixture like other engines. While I know that I’ll use it during power outages I can also use the plugs for other outdoors projects where extension cords won’t reach. There are three outlets on the side. Easy to monitor how much gas is still in the tank with gauge on top.

You get all of the options at a turn of a dial. This generator is the size of a small refrigerator and arrives strapped to a pallet. It takes two people to lift. Great generator, fully operational

Worked perfect for our power needs at the park. Setup was easy, took about 15 minutes. The generator itself is user friendly and the design is practical. It does exactly what it is designed to do.

Ease of use even for a beginner. This is my first generator and I feel confident using it as a woman.

This was delivered with everything you need in the box except the fuel source to successfully power anything within its range. The assembly was easy but having 2 people helps, at least until the wheels are on the base but after that- A breeze to set up! I chose propane to try it out for the first time. Large and powerful, easy to use

This is not a small portable generator! But you probably knew that already based on its output. It is a beast, and will drive a ton of equipment. Despite its weight it’s easy to roll around. Probably takes two to get it into a truck. Piece of cake to assemble (20 min?) and to push button start. Quiet on idle mode considering its size. Responds quickly to demand spikes.

I bought this for the upcoming winter ice storms the South has. Better to have it just in case.

Powerful, reliable generator

Easy assembly with few parts. Generator has plenty of power for refrigerator, central AC, TV. Easy start up, Generator is heavy and can be difficult to maneuver for someone slightly weaker. Large gas tank and about 10 hrs run time. 

Good generator, no choke needed for LP

I got this generator to power my home if there’s a multi-day power outage it’s very heavy about 250 pounds but adding the wheels and handle was a breeze. I like some of the indicators on the device which labeled the various switches and why not. I added my own markings as I felt there were a few things missing like indicating that the gas off switch is just for gasoline. When I was reading the instructions, it is very confusing whether or not the generator is charging the battery when it runs....

Well built, easy assembly

This is a really nice generator. Built very solid, nice panel layout and easy to read with the yellow contrast. Pull starts easily. The handle and wheel help tremendously as the generator weighs almost 200 lbs. The plug caps are nice and tight keeping them weatherproof. It hooked up to our existing transfer switch so we could easily swap out our old generator. Assembly was 15 minutes, overall we're very happy.

Fantastic gas generator.

The Dewalt 8750 Gas Generator was super easy to set up. The wheels come with pins and just push right on. The handle was a breeze too and makes moving this very heavy duty generator around much easier. It’s heavy and built tough. Definitely has enough power to get through most black outs. Super easy to assemble, but it is quite heavy. Has two standard GFCI dual outlet receptacles and a 30 amp NEMA L 14-30 locking receptacle that provides 120 or 240 volts. There is a selector switch to operate at just 120 or both 120 & 240 volts - pretty convenient. Nice, quiet generator

We got this generator because we lose power more than we should. The last time was for only 6 hours, but we have been without power for about 7 days in the past. This is not the most powerful generator, but it will keep my freezer running, my refrigerator cold, and my husband's sleep apnea machine going. It has four standard plugs and an outlet for a dryer. This generator is powerful and well-built to be able to cover all of my needs. It's nice to be able to take it with me far out into the yard, instead of needing to run extension cords all the way out. Plus, it gives me peace of mind knowing it can run my house in case of a power outage. I love the flexibility to operate on gasoline, liquid propane or natural gas. I've been genuinely impressed with this Dewalt generator so far. I got it with intentions to primarily use around my property and it's been a great addition to the tool shed. I've used it on projects where having power available away from the house simply wouldn't be practical.
