What Customers Are Saying
This miter saw offers excellent cutting performance and accuracy, with a smooth sliding action, precise adjustments, and the ability to handle a wide range of materials. It has a sturdy, durable construction that contributes to its stability and precision. The saw provides impressive power and capacity, easily cutting through thick lumber and wide boards. Convenient features like the adjustable fence, depth stop, and dust collection system improve workflow and reduce mess. However, the saw's weight and large footprint make it less portable, and the included blade may not be ideal for fine finish work.

Would Not RecommendThe reason I am giving this one star is because the saw is not equipped out of the box to do what the sales listing says. The blade included will tear up your your work. It will not out of the box cut do "cabinet work, mouldings, baseboards, shelving, window and door casings, and flooring". The price to do this will cost more because you will have to purchase the proper blade designed to do these things. I called Dewalt customer service and they offered to send a new blade a month ago. Dewalt compound miter saw
Would RecommendUse this saw for the first time building a deck. It is very smooth with accurate cuts, used to make cuts on multiple angles. It is a heavy saw but seems to be very well-made. The last Dewalt saw is still working fine just needed the slide function to cut larger lumber.

Makes Like Easier!
Would RecommendMy first miter saw and I love it! Been cutting by hand/ power saw for years and had a large job so I purchased the best I could research. This thing was straight out of the box and saves me tons of time. Instructions were straight forward enough and setting the saw up was easy enough. No problems so far and this thing saws through everything I put in front of it. Will consider a dewalt table saw next if they are as good as this!
