Dependable, reliable saw

I have had this saw for a number of years, used it on countless projects and renovations. Until recently I used the original blade that came with the saw. Cuts straight, guides are accurate. Could not be more satisfied.

Great saw

Great saw. Sawblade shadow guide (versus a laser) does not work in sunlit conditions. My only complaint. Very durable.

Durability, excellent saw,multi task machine

Is a beast I'd put it up against any other saw it is well worth the money and holds it's worth for years and I was thinking about selling that's all but I changed my mind I have a a rolling Bosch t48 SAW stand that I bought with it it's one of the best

Awesome saw

This was a great purchase, especially when paired with the miter saw stand. Easy to use and adjust. The only complaint I have is that the dust collection bag could be a little bigger... it fills up quickly.

I've got this saw a couple of months ago. The best saw that I have ever owned. It's also the 1st Dewalt tool that I have gotten. Got tired of using cheap ones that you couldn't get squared

Great Saw in Desperate Need of an Update

This saw is extremely powerful and can do pretty much everything I throw at it. It's easy to adjust and tune, and the cuts are very accurate. The one thing that needs a pretty major improvement, though, is the dust collection. The rails on the saw are already very long, so having the hose connection be at the end of the rails makes it a nightmare to put in any sort of permanent spot. Great Saw

Bought it a couple years ago and it is by far the best miter saw i have every used. Super simple and and easy adjust. The dust bag can get jammed up but other that that, it is wicked

Still going strong

Ive had my saw for over 20yrs and it's still going strong. Very dependable and accurate saw.

Easy to use

Great saw but needs to come with a 80T blade

just bought this saw and used the weekend on crown moulding. It works well and I was pleased with accuracy and operation. The only downside was I didnt realize it comes with a 32T blade and had to go back out to store and buy a new 80T dewalt blade for the crown. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Horrible Dust Collection

I purchased this saw a year ago and have used it to build chairs, coffee tables, and end tables. The saw is solid and accurate. The fence and clamp are excellent. The reason for the low rating is poor dust collection. The shroud and snorkel with bag catch very little dust. Even with a shop vac attached to the snorkel, most dust is blown to the left of the shroud. This problem is well documented online. My biggest complaint is the lack of solution from Dewalt. Mixed emotions

Don’t get me wrong. I love this saw and how useful it is but in my opinion it’s a little on the heavy side. Obviously it’s a big saw and it’s gonna be heavy. It is very helpful when cutting taller baseboard or crown molding for a whole house and saves a lot of time but personally I wouldn’t be pulling this big guy out just to replace a couple pieces. Overall it’s a good bang for your buck.
