Incredible saw!

I debated between this one, Kobalt, and Rigid; but ultimately decided to gst this one due to DeWalts reputarion. I previously used a cordless ryobi, but gree very tired of the batteries dyingmid-project. It is honestly amazong the differnece vetween the two. I use this to build oak fueniture and the saw goes through 2” oak like nothing. Its quiet and so smooth you cant tell when it is cutting becuse it seems so effortless for the saw. GET THIS ONE and you will NOT regret it!

Have used DeWalt for years, uad switched to different brands, DeWalt lasts longer and has less issues! And costs is virtually the same!

Light and powerful

I bought this because I was sick of my old saws and I am building a new house. This saw is very light and easy to use. Everything works like it should and it has plenty of power

Most reliable tool I use!!!

Love this saw!

It’s easy to adjust/set up, quiet to run, and has tons of power. As a home DIY’er running cords isn’t too much of a problem. If I was working construction I’d probably go for a cordless saw to complement this one, but for my purposes, the corded version is the way to get a powerful saw without breaking the bank on a FlexV...

Balanced, light, smooth

This is a great saw! It has a heavy duty cord with a much more robust boot where it goes into the case - that's where they seem to weaken and split. Breath of Fresh Air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this saw as a replacement for a 30 year old Craftsman which had been a real workhorse but was extremely heavy being mostly made of metal. The precision, light weight, and overall smoothness of its operation makes this saw a breath of fresh air. There is also very little torque on start up and a very nice brake that stops the blade quickly. A must-have for any shop.

Easy and reliable

Best saw I ever bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this saw for one month. I am replacing the upper and lower deck floor at my home. This saw has plenty of power and is light and comfortable to use. You won't get tire using it. It's well worth the money.

Does it’s job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this a few years and use it mostly for rough cutting and as first line beater saw. It never even blinks. I used it to demo a giant old 1940s work bench loaded with 20 penny nails and I didn’t even have to replace the blade, broke one tooth. Great cord too, holds up.

Great little saw.

This saw is so light-weight and compact for the power it packs. I find I use this little saw more than my pricier 10 1/4" Makita because it weighs half as much and does as good of a job. My only minor gripe is the 18T blade it comes with, which is terrible for plywood, but it's hard to complain about that for the price you pay. I immediately upgraded the blade to a 60T finishing blade for an extra $20.

Awesome Product

I have used this for a month for making coffee tables. The only change I made was a dust blower and diablo blade. This thing is built perfectly. It is my first circular saw and I absolutely love it. When it is in your hand it just FEELS RIGHT! THe motor sounds even sound GOOD. Every little detail about this saw is purpose built. Clear sight line for cutting, Perfect PLASTIC HANDLE. Shoe is garbage

I’ve used this saw twice before today. It worked fine and I liked it. Everything I needed. This morning I dropped it, in it’s carrying bag, from about 3’ off the ground onto a concrete floor. The shoe is absolutely worthless, as is the saw now. For the money, I would’ve expected a little better quality. I get that it hit the floor but I don’t think it should’ve caused as much damage as it did. Expected better.

Great Saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked on a construction site ( building a house) we had four different name brand circular saws, the saw everybody liked the best was the dewalt saw. It was hard to keep the saw with you for very long before someone would snatch it up.

Workhorse

I've never had to lubricate it, ive used to top cut a multitude of different things over the year and it still runs smooth as silk. I love this saw. As a handyman, i use this constantly. Its a must for any workshop. a corded circular saw, great tool.
