Would Not RecommendThis is a critique of Lowes, not Dewalt. Ordered this product after was given a one-time $25 cash back offer from Capital One to purchase from Lowes. It arrived by same day delivery, but the seals were all opened and the tool had obviously been used at some point and stuffed back into the box. Contacted Lowes Customer Service, and the only options they gave me was a 5% discount for it being used or to drive all the way to the store to return it and repurchase - thus loosing the $25 cash back. ...
