Issues with the fence locking and wheels small

DEWALT XR 3-in 20-V Cordless Cut-off Tool
Would RecommendI had to cut-off a 1.9 " stainless steel inground pool ladder that had been cemented in and this tool, along with the Dewalt HP aluminum oxide coated blade, did the job no problem. I'd advise getting the Dewalt diamond coated blade if you have more than just a few jobs as the aluminum oxide blade did wear down quite a bit.

Love the Quality, but...
Would RecommendDurable, powerful, and works very well, as expected. However, what we have is another example of a single use tool that could have been so much more. What so I mean? This is a cutoff tool, but it could also have been a small circular saw for applications involving wood. All it would need it a speed setting, and wood cutting blades to be made available. It even has a guide similar to one you'd find on a circular saw. DeWalt would much rather sell you a whole other tool for that, though. In case ...
