Would Not RecommendI have been a 20 year Dewalt user. Never had a complain or warranty call. This cut off tool started to fail on me after 1.5 years. Light 15-20 minutes use a month. It vibrates, screams and feels like it wants to fall apart. Dewalt costumer service took nearly an hour to answer. They gave me the nearest factory service center contact (out of State) which does not answer the calls after multiple tries. Servicenet.dewalt.com is a not working official website for them as well. poor design of guide
Would Not RecommendOK, I was excited to get this small lightweight but powerful saw. Then I went to cut something however you cannot see the guide, Why you my ask? Well someone designed this guide that has an attachment for the dust detractor right in line with the guide. Why, why, you just ruined the use of this guide, and I feel it is unsafe without the guide. I love doing wood project however the weight of other saws are now too heavy for me to handle, I saw this one, and now I am so disappointed.
