Would RecommendIt’s relatively light weight and easy to use. Note: This is a 20V battery operated saw so don’t expect 110V cutting rate. You have to take a bit more time on your cuts but it’s minor.

Great for small projects
Would RecommendBought this to use at my lake house because I didn’t want to lug my big miter saw there. Perfect for trim and 2x4/2x6 cuts. I used it to do trim in the basement and it worked like a champ. Obviously, not designed for large scale projects but it does well for what it’s designed to do.

Would RecommendI wish I would have bought one years ago. The first weekend I had it, I ended up finishing a few projects that I couldn't motivate myself to do with my full size (and very heavy) Milwaukee miter saw.

Would RecommendQuality of dewalt packed into a compact compound miter saw. Battery operation makes my shop truly mobile. Charges are powerful and long lasting. Coming from a “vintage” craftsman from my grandfathers wood shop, this is leaps and bounds above par. The saw is quiet, efficient, and the dust bag works Well. I only wish it has a laser line for cuts. The shadow line from the work light is too dim when working in bright sunshine

Nifty for repetitive framing cuts
Would RecommendDoes amazingly well for a little miter saw. A 10" saw would probably be more versatile, but this guy does great for 2x4's and 2x6's. Better than I expected considering it's not a 60v.
