Functional and Useful

I was torn on whether or not I needed it, but the functionality has been very useful. The charging function and the external 110v outlets are very useful. I like being able to store my phone in the compartment also.

Very dissatisfied

This was very expensive and it will not pick up but 1 station and it’s not great. Planning on returning it for a refund.

Dewalt Radio is the Best

Long lasting on a battery. Good Sound thru Radio or Bluetooth. Would Recommend.

Good sound bad Bluetooth

Great sound, charges batteries fast. I bought to use on job sites with my bluetooth. I was using it at home and only got 30' away and it started cutting out bad. Took another couple steps and it completely disconnected. The box says up to 100' range. I don't know how they got that but it's not even close. I didn't pay $250 for poor performance. So back to the store it went.

Worked great

My radio is about two years old. Works/worked great till went to go charge battery and it won’t. Won’t run on ac power only battery power. Not sure what to do. Use everyday.

Works great with all my Apple devices. It sets in my garage in all temps and has never failed.

Rubbish aerial...

Keeps snapping 6x times Do not buy!! Waste of money!!!

Rubbish..

Had 3x new and 2x fixed from dewalt.. Aerial is in the wrong place..... everytime you want to charge your batteries you have move the flimsy thing... just keeps snapping.. On going problem with there rads. Good rad apart from this, the new dcr029 has the aerial in a new place

6 Months and it will not turn on

I bought this Dewalt charger radio 6 months ago and it will not turn on or charge a battery. It has been in my shed the entire time. I have purchased many Dewalt VMAX products and this is the first failure.

Customer service win!

Owned for three years when the radion would randomly turn on and off. Eventually, the power button did not work. Called customer service, fast-forward two weeks, and now I have a new radio with great reception and feature set.

Two have died on me.

I've had DeWalt tools for more than 20 years. The 18v radio had poor reliability. It stopped retaining its memory even when I changed the internal button cell battery and the cord started coming out of the body of the radio. This 20v is even worse. I forget how the first one died - only worked on one power source not the other. Second one turned on randomly. Boyfriend told me there were voices in the cellar. Didn't believe him. Then it happened to me. Turned out to be the DeWalt radio. ...

Junk

Bought a month ago. Won't charge battery abs won't pick up no stations with battery charging or something plugged onto the radio!

Love this 20v Bluetooth radio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife bought this for me as a bday gift and its awesome. Big battery on it and it last forever. Dual 110v plugs on the side that only work when plugged into the outlet. Plenty of sound quality setting to more bass and treble to almost none.

Good job site radio

Having a radio that runs off of the same battery as your power tools, as well as charges them is very convenient. The radio also has two power outlets on the side so you don’t have to worry about taking up outlet space on the job site. Great Worksite Radio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple years ago and I've had great service out of it. I really enjoy the Bluetooth feature so that I can listen to my playlist or XM stations through it. I use the USB port to keep my phone charged while I'm using Bluetooth. I carry this with me instead of a regular battery charger to keep my tool batteries charged. The sound is good even at higher volumes. I haven't had a minute's trouble with it.
