Great work light

At about a foot square this is a relatively compact work light for the 5,000 lumens it puts out. I also like the it has three brightness settings. The battery box has plenty of room for even a 9ah battery. It is also a great light for power outages so I bought two of them. One for my shop and one for my living room/dining room. It is bright. It is tough. It is bulky.

I am very satisfied with the light it puts out. That's the Plus. I feel the item description online was a bit misleading. There is no mention of it being tool only on the Lowe's website. It does say tool only on the DeWalt website but I bought this through Lowe's. What I feel misleading is the fact when it talked about being battery operated it didn't mention 'not included' or 'sold separately' only that it works with all 20 volt batteries. Whereas you could put it on a tripod but that was sold ...

Bought the light a few weeks ago. It goes through my 6amp batteries to fast but great flight

Great general area light

So yeah, it’ll suck a 6ah down to nothing if set to bright but set to dim, it’ll last all day and gives plenty of light. I was very happy to find the hook on it’s bottom fits a 2X4 snugly.

It’s JUST a light.

It’s just a light. A very expensive light. Eats through my 20/60 Maxvolt batteries in 30 minutes. Tool connect won’t connect to my phone. Looks waterproof, but it’s not, kind of pointless for a “work” light. Underwhelmed.

Super BRIGHT!

This area light is amazing! The versatility of being able to set it up in a bedroom, kitchen, or bath really helps out a lot because it literally brightens the whole room. The battery life is pretty good on the highest setting but make sure you have a couple extra charging if you are going to be using it all day.

Great light

I am drywall and painting contractor so our sites are messing and we have lots of need for tough bright lights. This light lives up to its billing. For the price you can’t beat this job site light. We have knocked it over, drug, and kicked it from room to room. It has multiple brightness setting which help save batteries while it’s running all day. Couldn’t be happier

Awesome lighting

Purchased this light a few months ago. I do residential HVAC, surrounded daily by dark and dingy basements. This light is now the first thing out of the truck. Great light, easy to hang anywhere. Like the 3 levels of power, really helps with the battery power. Would be awesome to be able to plug it in, and a radio function.

Awesome light!

Have been using this light for a few weeks now and love it. Run time is great for the amount of light it provides. Also when working in small rooms being able to go to lower settings is great. When working in a aditic in apartment building I was down getting parts when tool connect let me know battery was getting low. A true surprise

Blinding Light!

Great light can handle the job site

The light has a great run time when not at the highest setting around 10 hours. When at the High setting expect to get about 3 to 4 hours of run time on a 6-amp hour battery. Great light with great battery usage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the light for remodeling inside houses with no electrical service turned on and it works great. The light illuminates better than a competitors equivalent. This light doesn’t use batteries up very fast at all. I like this light.

Great Product

Suspending it overhead with the included hook or using a lanyard lights up an entire room. Battery life is good. Only improvement I can think of is if it had a wired option with a built in charger.

Awesome light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this light for the past couple of weeks. I work in the northeast and it can be pretty gloomy in the spring. The light is great. It is built very well and seems like it will last for quite some time. On high it is very bright (5000 lumens). Too bright to look at.
